About Me

“The coaches in my life have led me to many of the places I have been and share the credit for the impact I have made in the world."

— ANDREA SAWYER-KIRKSEY

I enjoy working with a diverse clientele of individuals and organizations. I am passionate about seeing others thrive, set and meet goals, lean into possibilities, create work they can be proud of, and build the life they want. Coaching helps me invest in people and expand my reach to nurture, challenge, listen to, and co-create with many people. I celebrate the work and tenacity of my clients.

With years of experience as an executive director, educator, justice advocate, program development professional, and coach, my work has granted me the opportunity to challenge systems that marginalize and oppress some of our most vulnerable citizens in Black, indigenous, and people of color communities.

As a coach, I want to co-create a thoughtful, authentic, vulnerable, and reflective space. My approach is to partner with my clients and support them in discovering that they have everything they need to move forward in their lives. My coaching is rooted in endless possibilities.
